Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a session. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any appointment made through this website. We will contact you as soon as possible if we are not able to accommodate your selected appointment time.
Refund Policy
1:1 Holistic Health Programs & Service Packages: Full refund requests will be honored within the first 14 days of signing up for the program. Refund requests received after 14 days of program sign up will not be honored. Please send refund requests to hello@inspiretruewellness.com.
Clients may cancel their enrollment in any subscription or package at any time. Retroactive refunds will not be issued for the time enrolled in any package or program.
All Other Session/Appointment Types: Refunds will not be given for no shows for any session or appointment type. A session will be considered a no show if client is not present within 15 minutes of the appointment start time.
Tardiness
Appointments begin at the time they are scheduled and cannot extend beyond the specified session duration to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
Non Sexual Nature
All bodywork and sessions offered are strictly non-sexual. Any illicit, sexually suggestive remarks or advances made will result in immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
