Welcome!

Welcome to the Inspire True Wellness Holistic Health Program! Go through the modules at your own pace and make changes at a rate that feels comfortable and sustainable over the long term for you. In each module, there is a checklist and resources to help guide you along the way. Look for links to schedule your monthly sessions in your confirmation and reminder emails.

Around the end of your 2nd month in the program, you will receive an email reminder to schedule your monthly session along with a link to access the remainder of the modules in the program. If you do not receive it, please email me for access.

Module 1 – Getting Started…

Let’s get our bearings about how the program works, review some logistics to get started, and take some first steps forward to true wellness.

Resources in each module have color coded backgrounds as follows:

1) Sign and submit all new client forms to hello@inspiretruewellness.com.
2) Friend “Kristen Rosenberg” on Facebook and follow the Inspire True Wellness Facebook group.
3) Watch the Getting Started video below.
4) Download the Quick Start Guide and read through it.
5) Review the Getting Started List for useful supplies to support your success in the program. and resources in Module 1.

Module 2 – How Did I Get Here?

Congratulations on your commitment to reclaim your health!

As you begin this module, you’re getting your bearings about your current health, discovering the reasons for chronic symptoms and gaining a greater understanding of next steps.

1) Watch the “How Did I Get Here?” video.
2) Review the Daily Meal Options document to get some ideas for meals that are beneficial and work with the program.
3) Download the My Wellness Why file and complete.
4) Download the My Wellness Journal document and use as you see fit.
5) Move on to the next module when you’re ready.

Module 3 – What Do I Eat?

Let’s start putting some steps of the protocols together, discuss guidelines for which foods are most beneficial for healing, get some ideas for protocol-friendly recipes, and think about how we can implement the protocols in the most sustainable way possible.

1) Watch the “What Do I Eat?” video and the “Foods to Avoid” video.
2) Download the “Foods to Avoid” PDF and post in a place (kitchen) to help serve as a reminder.
3) Go through the Program Friendly Recipes. Pick a couple of recipes to try and make. 

4) Review the Quick Start Guide from Module 1 again to see what more you may be able to add to your routine.
5) Write in your Wellness Journal or put in your phone 1 to 3 things you would like to incorporate this week.
6) Move on to the next module when you’re ready.

Module 4 – Symptoms

In this module, we’re talking about tracking symptoms and what to expect in relation to symptoms throughout the process.

1) Watch this week’s video.
2) Download the Symptoms List PDF.
3) Download and fill in your symptoms on the Symptoms Tracker worksheet. 
4) Write in your Wellness Journal or put in your phone 1 to 3 things you would like to incorporate this week. Think about buying some Epsom salts if you don’t have any.
5) Move on to the next module when you’re ready.

In this module, we’re discussing
the ways your liver supports you through the healing process and how you can support your liver.

2) Read through the Liver Support Guide and Celery Juice PDFs.
3) Update your symptoms on your Symptoms Tracker worksheet.

In this module, you’ll learn about what hydrates and what doesn’t, and that not all types of water are the same.

Module 8 – Adrenal Health

Your adrenal glands are a foundational piece of turning your health around. We’ll talk about why it’s so important to keep your adrenal glands happy and how to keep filling up your critical reserve fuel tank.

3) Print the list of Adrenal Snacks  and post it somewhere for quick reference.

You’ve made it halfway through the modules! Be sure to take some time to celebrate and reward your hard work and effort. 

Around the end of your 2nd month in the program, you will receive an email reminder to schedule your monthly session along with a link to access the remainder of the modules in the program. If you do not receive it, please email  hello@inspiretruewellness.com for access.

This holistic health journey does not always move in a straight line and it can definitely have some twists and turns. So, if you may need or want more support, feel free to schedule an additional individual session. And, if there is any time during this program you believe that you need medical attention, please contact a medical provider. I am not an emergency medical provider and I want you to receive any care and attention that you may need.

As you make your way through the second half of the modules, just remember that if you keep showing up consistently each day and support the foundational elements in this program, you will see positive shifts in your health.
